How do I claim my laboratory's NABL listing?
Search for your laboratory using your NABL CAB ID or lab name, click "Claim Listing", and create a Lab Login account using the official email address registered in NABL records.
Why is official-email verification required?
To protect laboratory owners from unauthorized claims, access to buyer RFQs is restricted to accounts registered with the official email address listed in official NABL records.
How do the 10 free lead credits work?
Upon verification, your account is immediately credited with 10 free lead unlocks. Each credit unlocks full buyer contact details (name, work email, phone number, location) for one technical RFQ.
What happens if a buyer lead has invalid contact details?
Lead unlocks are final once the laboratory voluntarily accepts the complete technical brief and reveals the verified buyer contact. Non-response, non-conversion, capability mismatch, price, geography, or turnaround do not qualify for a credit reversal.
Are platform-credit recharges refundable?
Laboratory users receive the complete technical requirement and masked buyer contacts before independently choosing to unlock. Suitability, scope, location, price, turnaround, or non-conversion are not grounds for reversal after that confirmation. Demonstrably invalid contact details may be submitted for manual evidence review. See our full Terms & Conditions for details.
Are there recurring monthly subscription fees?
The paid-credit refund and cancellation policy will be published before activation. After 10 free unlocks, the planned model supports whole-rupee recharges from ₹2,000 to ₹1,00,000, with each voluntary contact unlock consuming ₹250 in non-transferable platform credits.
